Kandi Lynn "Matthews" Locke, 34, died Monday, May 23, 2011 at her Lonoke, Arkansas home. She was born August 12, 1976 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, James Locke, mother, Sandy Matthews of Cheyenne, Wyoming; children, Richard, age 16, Brett, age 13, and Katelynn, age 11 of the home; brother, Jason Matthews of Cheyenne, Wyoming, step-brother, Erik Welsand of Duluth, Minnesota. Memorial services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, May 28, 2011at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Cabot. Arrangements are by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home 501-982-2136.
