Ruby L. Nelson

RUBY L. NELSON, 62, of Little Rock, Ark., departed on May 25, 2011. The angels from heaven took her peacefully in her sleep. She was born in Tarry, Ark. to James and Arlean Nelson. At the young age of three, Ruby moved to Little Rock with her grandparents, Wardell and Ettie Bell Jackson, who both preceded her in death. She was a faithful member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She's survived by: her loving husband, Michael Nelson; six children, Orlando Nelson (Holly), Rachael Nelson Alexander (Keito), Bridgette Nelson, Jonathan Nelson, Justin Nelson (Katoria) and Kelsey Nelson; a special son, Bryan Nelson; six grandchildren; six sisters; one brother and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Home going services will be Saturday, June 4, 2011, 11 a.m., at St. Paul United Methodist Church, Pinnacle Valley Road, Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow at Stuman Cemetery.
