Angelene Phillips, 68, Little Rock, departed this life November 13, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents, Letha M. Rogers and Brady Hood and son, Sammy T. Hood. She leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Thomas Phillips; children, Tommy (Alvin) Brooks, Anthony Williams, Lora Williams, Tonya Williams-Macon; brother, Artist Hood; 17 stepsisters and stepbrothers; eight grandchildren.
