Burlie "Winkle" Rodgers, 70, of Romance, died Nov. 25, 2011. Visitation will be held 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, at the Romance Church of Christ with graveside services following at 2 p.m. in the Romance Cemetery.
