Billy Ray Tinkle, 69, died Thursday. Survivors son, James Tinkle, Cotton Plant; daughter, Linda McMullan, Des Arc; six grandchildren, Stephanie, J.R. and Austin Tinkle, Andrea and Trey Tapp, Cecilia Bennett; four grandchildren. Visitation Monday, 10 a.m. to 12 noon, Fowler Funeral Home, Brinkley. Graveside service 2 p.m., Cotton Plant Cemetery.
