Jewell Elrod Wynne, 86, of Sheridan died Saturday. She was retired O.E.S. Coordinator for Grant County. Survivors: Son, Buddy Wynne of New York; daughters, Peggy Thomas of Sheridan and Phyllis Paxton of East End; sisters, Janette Phillips of Malvern and Gearline Moser of Little Rock; seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral: 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 17, 2012, Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan. Burial at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville. Visitation: 1 p.m. Tuesday, until service time.
