William Ray Carr, 87, of Kennett, Mo., formerly of Piggott, Ark., passed away April 16, 2012. Services are April 18, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Piggott, Ark., with James Turner and James Henry Dortch officiating. Burial is in Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway. Visitation is 12 p.m. Wednesday until service time.
