Charles Edwin Hicks

Charles Edwin Hicks, 89, of Conway, Arkansas, died Friday, April 20, 2012, at Conway Regional Health System. He was born on Mill Street, Malvern, AR, on November 7, 1922, a son of the late Hosea "Jack" and Mamie (Paul) Hicks. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Juanita June (Haley) Hicks; and his daughter, Sandra Luana Dreher; a sister, Marian Pauline Roberts. Survivors are his wife, Martha Helen Hicks; grandchildren, Ronnie Wayne Jones, Jr., and Melody Anne Dreher . great grandchildren are, Tiffanie Alexis and Courtney Renee Jones, Drue Charles Fetters, Tierza Genne' Warren. Martha has two sons, Paul Richard and Randy. Both of them have two children: Rebekah Lynn and David Paul Zan are the children of Paul Richard and wife, Ruth. Randy and wife, Iwana have sons, Ryan Randall and Jesse Ray. His two brothers and sister survive him, Paul Hicks and wife Linda and Bill Hicks and wife Pat; and, Helen White. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Saturday, at the funeral home. Funeral will be 2 p.m., Sunday, in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Conway.
