George Robert Hatch

George Robert Hatch, 80, of Sheridan, Arkansas was born in Mound City, Missouri on June 8, 1931. He died, Thursday at his home. He was an active member of First Baptist Church and enjoyed working in the House of Representatives during the legislative sessions as a Sergeant at Arms. (Red Coat). Survivors; wife of 56 years, Cassie Jordan Hatch, son, William "Chris" Hatch (Angela) of Lake Village, two daughters, Libby Hatch Bennett (Michael) of Sheridan and Ginger Hatch Robbins (Trace) of Bryant, sister, Sharon Faith Wallis of Fort Smith, granddaughters, Lynley Johnson and Annalise Robbins, and great-grandson, Robert Easton Bellomy. Services: Saturday, April 28, at 2 p.m. at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: Friday, 6-8 p.m. Burial: Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
