Dr. Paul L. Raines, 83, of Norman, died Sunday, December 2, 2012. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, in the Norman First Baptist Church with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
