Billy Bob Whitley

Billy Bob Whitley, 69 of Rose City in North Little Rock, Ark. was born on February 15, 1943 in Sardis, Ark. and passed away on November 13, 2012. He was preceded in death by his daughter Lori Dawn Whitley; his parents, R.E. "Bob" and Jessie Lee Whitley; and brothers, Lee Roy McSwain and Joe Robert Whitley. He is survived by his wife Ruth Ann Whitley; son, Billy Joe Whitley and wife, Chantae; granddaughter, Megan Kalee Whitley; uncle, Jess Whitley; and lifelong friend, Charles L. "Sonny" Russell. Dad was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, and a Mason and a member of the Rose City Masonic Lodge.
