Sylvia Pegg

Mrs. Sylvia Pegg, 102, of Batesville died early Monday, December 10, 2012, in Little Rock. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Dolph Pegg, of Batesville. Born June 11, 1910, at Oil Trough, she is survived by two daughters, Marian Beth Highsmith of Little Rock and Peggy Pegg Miller of Maumelle, Arkansas. Surviving family members include three grandchildren, David Marion Clark of Cherry Valley, Sylvia Gale Betts of Decatur, Alabama, and Suzanne Bennett of Eustis, Florida. Great-grandchildren include Justin Clark of Batesville, William Clark of Grand Junction, Colorado, Andrew Betts of Mobile, Alabama, Cathorine Betts Temple and Phillip Betts of Decatur, Alabama, and Sara Abeln and Maxwell Kline of Eustis, Florida. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews in Arkansas and surrounding states. Visitation will be at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home in Batesville from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, December 11, 2012. Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church in Batesville at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Arrangements are by Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, (501) 224-8300.
