BILL CARROLL RUMKER, 68, of Little Rock, passed away Dec. 13, 2012. He was born in Conway to George and Opal Pauline Maness Rumker who survive him, and was a member of West 65th St. Church of Christ. Visitation will be today, Sunday, Dec. 16 from 2-4 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at West 65th St. Church of Christ, officiated by Mr. Don McClain. Interment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park in Sherwood.
