Kevin Eugene Whitbey

Kevin Eugene Whitbey, age 43, of Morrilton, went to be with the Lord, Monday, December 17, 2012. He was born, June 18, 1969 in Morrilton, Arkansas, a son of William "Bill" Whitbey and Rita Hartman Whitbey. He was a Truck Driver and member of New Life Church in Conway, Arkansas, and also of Faulkner County Rescue Squad. Survivors include his son, Justin Keith Whitbey of San Diego, California; daughters, Katie Honeycutt and husband Eric of Scotland; Tabitha Yang and husband Sue of Clinton, and Jennifer Faith Whitbey of Clinton; parents, Bill Whitbey and Rita Hartman Whitbey of Morrilton; brother, Chris Whitbey of Morrilton; sisters, Brenda Whitbey of Little Rock; Karen Smith and husband Kevin of Cabot, and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, December 20, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Jack Harris and Pastor Jim Stockdale officiating. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
