George Edwin Huddleston

George Edwin Huddleston, 99, of Sherwood, born April 4, 1913 in Tuscumbia, Alabama to parents, Frank and Eula Huddleston, passed away on Monday, December 17, 2012. He was a Deacon of North Hills Baptist Church. He was employed by USPS and was a part of the National Association of Letter Carriers for fifty years. He was also a WWII Veteran. He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. George is survived by his wife, Virginia; his son, Stephen F. Huddleston and wife, Karen; his grandchildren, Stephen C. Huddleston and wife, Stephanie, Paul Huddleston and wife, Nikki, and Jennifer Zilkey and husband, Rick; his great-grandchildren, Cole, Sydnee, and McKayla Huddleston, Faith, Maxwell, and Spencer Zilkey, Dallas Hendricks, and Gavin Raborn; and his great-great-grandchildren, Kaydence and Kyzer Hendricks. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2012, at Arkansas Funeral Care, 2620 W. Main Street, Jacksonville, Ark. Service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 21, 2012, at North Hills Baptist Church at 9618 Hwy 107 in Sherwood, Ark. 72120.
