Juanita Jane Pollock Hyatt

Juanita Jane Pollock Hyatt, 87, of Alexandria, La., formerly of Monticello, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2012 in Alexandria, La. She was born August 15, 1925 in Hohenwald, Tenn. She was the widow of Dr. Ross Wilson Hyatt, Sr., a retired RN and Dental Assistant for her husband for many years and a member of First Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Felix Franklin Pollock and Minnie Gentry Pollock and was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Ann Hyatt and one sister, Retha Murry. Survivors include one son, Ross Wilson Hyatt, Jr. of Columbus, Ohio; two grandchildren, Ross Wilson Hyatt Murry and Laura Beth Hyatt Murry, both of Alexandria, La.; grandchildren's parents, Harold and Vicky Murry of Alexandria, La. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation 12 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
