Patricia McGowan Payne Hill

Patricia McGowan Payne Hill, wife of Jay French Hill, died on December 15, 2012. Mrs. Hill was born December 5, 1930 in Petersburg, Virginia. She was a graduate of Mary Washington College of the University of Virginia and a communicant of the Cathedral of St. Andrew in Little Rock. Mrs. Hill is survived by her husband, their son J. French Hill and his wife, Martha McKenzie Hill, and two grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth McKenzie Hill and William Payne Hill. The family held a private service at the Cathedral.
