Virginia Lee Leopard

Virginia Lee Leopard, 82, of Mabelvale, Ark., peacefully went to be with her Lord on Dec. 18, 2012. She was born to Samuel Hiram and Carra Butcher-Honea in Willisville, Ark. on June 28, 1930. She is preceded in death by her husband Bobby Ray Leopard, two infant daughters and one son, Gary Joe; two sisters, Fern Williams and Ruth Honea; her parents; and grandparents, Claude Emma Butcher and Sylvester Lonie Honea.
She is survived by her two sons, Steven and wife, Rebecca Leopard of Scott, Ark., and Kevin Leopard of Mabelvale, Ark.; only grandchild Natalie Leopard of Scott, Ark.; two sisters, Hazel McAdoo-Hale (David) of Mt. Holly, Ark. and Nathell Fincher of Maryland Heights, Mo.; brother Paul (Paulette) Honea of Sheridan, Ark.; several nieces and nephews; and her faithful dog, Dakota.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, December 21st at First Church of the Nazarene, 1200 North Mississippi, Little Rock, Ark. 72207 (501) 225-6632. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery in Calion, Arkansas.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday,December 20th, 2012 at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy 5 North, Alexander, Ark. 72002 (501) 455-1067.
