Ronald "Ronnie" Eugene Roberts

Ronald "Ronnie" Eugene Roberts, 61, of Benton passed away on Dec. 24, 2012. Ronnie was born on July 10, 1951 in Mountain Home, Ark. to the late, Deleah Martin. He worked in several industries throughout his career and spent the last years of his life managing his multiple rentals in central Arkansas. Ronnie is preceded in death by his best friend and loving wife of 27 years, Debbie Roberts. He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Tim Garner (Hannah) of Beebe; one daughter, Shannon Beaty (Chad) of Benton; three grandchildren, Brittney Garner, Kyle Beaty and Kade Beaty; five brothers and sisters, Jimmy Roberts (Charlotte), Tracy Elliott (Dan), Judy Stone, Tammy Lowdermilk and Corky Martin (Laney) and a host of nieces, nephews and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly. The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Brad Baltz for his care of Ronnie over the last year. Additionally, a special thank you to the CCU staff at St. Vincent's Hospital for their care and emotional comfort throughout his final days. Visitation will be held Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant. Funeral service will be held Friday, Dec. 28, 2012 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home (501-847-9099). Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
