James Robert "Jim" Griffin

James Robert "Jim" Griffin, 69, of Sheridan passed away on February 8, 2012 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's. He is survived by his wife, Diane; children, Jami (Greg) Richardson, Jim Griffin II, Jena (Mike) Baker and Joel (Melanie) Griffin. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Downs Funeral Home in Marshall, Texas. Graveside services will be immediately following at Colonial Gardens Cemetery with Dr. Mike Baker officiating. Pallbearers will be Jim Griffin II, Joel Griffin, Greg Richardson, Charlie Cutaia, Larry Pierce and Jimmy Tubbs. Honorary Pallbearers will be Brody Richardson, Noah Baker and Grayson Baker.
