Claude Thomas Lewis

Claude Thomas Lewis was born on May 1, 1926 to Claude T. and Gertrude Skinner Lewis in Fort Collins, Colorado and passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in Searcy, Arkansas. Mr. Lewis was a retired Minister and a member of the College Church of Christ in Searcy, Arkansas. Mr. Lewis is preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Opal Jones. Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife, Madge McCluggage Lewis, three daughters, Maurine Jones (Buddy), of Columbus, Georgia, Laura Wright (Dean) of Little Rock, Cheri Smith (Scott) of Searcy, three sons, Timothy Lewis (Ann) of Irving, Texas, Joel Lewis (Emma) of Benton, Jonathon Lewis of Little Rock, 19 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; one sister, Pearl Ward of Redland, California; other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be Friday, February 17, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at the Downtown Church of Christ in Searcy. Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the Church.
