Monroe Sebo of Spiro, Oklahoma passed away February 20, 2012 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 82. Funeral Services will be 10 a.m., February 24, 2012 at Victory Worship Center. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Mallory Martin Funeral Home of Spiro.
