Anne Butler

Anne Louise St. John Butler, age 92, of Houston passed away Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012. She was born Dec. 20, 1919 in the Antioch community near Perryville, to the late Charles H. and Nancy Iva Rankin St. John. She was a member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Dardanelle Rock Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, retired from Wal-Mart, and a widow of the late Virgil Eugene Butler. She is survived by one son, Rick (Linda) Butler of Dardanelle; three daughters, Jeannie (Ron) Eubanks of Bismark, Patty (Rayford) Windle of Perryville, and Dana (Mark) Gieringer of Fayetteville; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Virgil Eugene Butler Jr., and a granddaughter Heather Gieringer. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m.Wednesday, Feb. 29, at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, near Perryville, with Bro. Bob Slagley and Bro. Jeff Corrigan officiating.
