Margie Mae Childers

Margie Bray Childers, age 84, of Donaldson, Ark. died Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012. She was born Oct. 12, 1927 in Caraway, Ark. the daughter of Wiley Eli and Ola Mae Phoenix Bray. She was a member of the World Wide Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Glen "Red" Childers; a son, David Childers; and a granddaughter, Christy Deaton. Survivors include four sons, Larry Childers of Bismarck, Gary (Donna) Childers of Arkadelphia, Steve and Jeff Childers both of Donaldson; two daughters, Brenda (Junior) Morrison of Friendship, Tricia (Kevin) Maynard of Donaldson; and one sister, Sue (Paul) Crow of Midway; nine grandchildren, Dee Vinson, Charla Langley, Larry G. Childers, Stacy, Jeremy, Jody and Cory Morrison, Eli and Matthew Maynard; and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel in Arkadelphia with burial in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Friendship.
