Nina Parker Brown

Nina Parker Brown, 99, of Little Rock, died December 31, 2011 at Stonehaven Healthcare in Maumelle. She was born May 5, 1912 in Benton, Ark. the daughter of Charles and Lily Parker. She attended Little Rock High School and worked for the Federal Government in accounting. She loved the horse races in Hot Springs. She is survived by her brother, Charles Parker of Hot Springs, Ark.; stepson, Mike Brown and his wife Betty and their children of Rogers, Ark.; niece, Christine Kyse and husband, Larry and their children of Wycoff, N.J., nephew, Phil Parker and his wife Karen of Hot Springs, Ark. Nina was preceded in death by her husband, John Brown and sister, Christine Richards. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 6, 2012 at Christ Lutheran Church at 10 a.m., officiated by Rev. James Walter. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
