Brenda Kay Price

Brenda Kay Price, age 59, of Searcy, died Tuesday, January 10, 2012 in Little Rock. She was born December 14, 1952 at Quitman, Arkansas, to Dwight Eugene Brinkley and Dovie Alice Crafton Brinkley. She was an Aflac Insurance salesperson and a member of the West Pangburn Community Church. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Travis Price; one son, Shawn Lee Price of Searcy; one daughter, Shannon Kay Treat and husband Timothy of Searcy; two grandchildren, Madison Kaybrielle Treat of Searcy, Jaden Dewayne Treat of Searcy; one brother, Dwight Eugene Brinkley, Jr. of Victoria, Texas; three sisters, Alice Faye Sneed of Bee Branch, Linda Dian Jones of Savannah, Tennessee, Patricia Marie Williamson of Quitman; and mother-in-law, Mildred Louise Price of Searcy. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dwight and Alice Brinkley. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the New Life Center at the West Pangburn Community Church. Visitation will be Saturday, January 14, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home, Searcy. Funeral services will be Sunday, January 15, 2012 at 2 p.m. at West Pangburn Community Church with interment to follow at Pickens Chapel Cemetery.
