Velma C. Burgess

Velma C. Burgess, 105, of Little Rock, passed away peacefully Monday after a brief illness. She is survived by a daughter, Doris Walters of Little Rock and a brother, Dr. Gaylane Carson Sr. of Chicago, Ill. Services are 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 14th at White Memorial United Methodist Church, 2801 Wolfe St., Little Rock. Visitation is 1-6 p.m., today at Dubisson Funeral Home, 374-5025.
