Jerome Raynor

Reverend Jerome Raynor, 94, of Little Rock, Ark. passed away Jan. 18, 2012. He was born in England, Ark., to the Cara Lovelace Raynor and Henry Raynor. He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Cleo Hall Raynor; five sisters, four brothers; two sons, Jerome Raynor Jr. and Ronald Hall; and one daughter, Lynne Larae Hall. An ordained minister, he pastured several churches including Mount Galilee, New Eagle, New Light and Greater Pleasant Branch 56 years. He leaves to cherish his memories four children, Imogene Raynor of North Little Rock, Ark., Samuel (Velva) Raynor of Pittsburg, Calif., Edwina (Raymond) Conley of White Plains, Md. and Toni (Murry) Hilliard of Little Rock, Ark.; 25 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and a host other relatives and friends. Funeral services Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012, 11 a.m., at Greater Pleasant Branch Baptist Church, 601 Spruce St., Conway, Ark. Interment will follow at Haven of Rest Cemetery, Little Rock, Ark.
