LeRoy Williams

LeRoy Williams, age 80, of Bigelow, Ark. died Thursday, Jan. 19, 2012 at the Heritage Living Center in Conway. He was born on July 7, 1931 in St. Vincent, Ark. to his late parents Huey and Ruth Tice Williams. LeRoy was a truck driver for more than 40 years and was a member of Southwest Church of Christ. In addition, he loved showing horses and going to antique auctions. He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Betty Williams; two daughters, Barbara Wyse of Little Rock, Ark. and Dorothy Lane of Bigelow, Ark.; two sisters, Mary Lee Turner (Robert) of Benton, Ark. and Helen Andrews (Johnny) of Bigelow, Ark.; two granddaughters, Jennifer Lane (Darrell) and Tiffany Wyse all of Little Rock, Ark. and one great-granddaughter Caryssa Lane of Little Rock, Ark. He is preceded in death by his wife Jean Williams, son Billy Wayne Williams, three sisters and five brothers. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012 at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy 5 North, Alexander, Ark., 501-455-1067, with burial to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
