Neomi Jo Hess, age 87, of Mena, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2012 in Mena. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Mena. Interment follows in Pinecrest Memorial Park under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
