Viola Helena Dunlap

Viola Helena Dunlap, age 74, passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2012 in Little Rock, Ark. Viola was born Dec. 19, 1937 in San Bernadino, Calif. a daughter to the late Orby Gaines and Frances Taylor Gaines. Viola was a member of the Christian Church in Beaumont, Calif. and she worked at the Baptist Hospital in Little Rock for many years. Viola was a fun witty person who always kept you laughing. She never met a stranger. Viola is survived by her husband of 56 years, Earl Dunlap of Morrilton; two sons, Earl Douglas Dunlap of North Little Rock, and Gary Dunlap and wife Sue of Fort Smith, Ark.; one daughter, Caroline Goodloe and husband Dennis of Little Rock; grandchildren, Lea Goodloe, Andrea Lewis, Tabitha Childers and Nathan Dunlap; great-grandchildren, Davis, Jared, Clarissa, Justin, Alex, Zeanna, Logan and Kylee. She is preceded in death by her parents, son Kyle Dunlap and great grandson: Matthew Lewis. Memorial Services for Mrs. Dunlap will be 9 a.m. Monday, July 2, 2012, at Bob Neal and Sons Chapel.
