Mary Lou Blackwell Hines, 84, a resident of Woodland Heights, Little Rock, died Sunday, July 1, 2012. She was born in Wilmont, Arkansas, January 1, 1928, to Manson and Pearl Sivils Blackwell. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Harmon Ray Hines. She is survived by two brothers, Manson Blackwell, West Monroe, La., and Billy Blackwell (Peggy), Chandler, Texas,; two sisters, Maxine Pardue, Whitehouse, Texas, and Mildred Siegler, Pine Bluff, Ark.; three daughters, Phyllis Butler (Woody), North Little Rock, Ark., Nancy Thompson, Sherwood, Ark., and Janet Hixson, Fayetteville, Ark.; six grandchildren, Woodie Butler III, Stephen Butler (Mandy), Gretchen Butler Morgan (Jay), Zachary Thompson, Haley Hixson Fought (Steven), and Allan Hixson; two great-grandchildren Logan and Lennon Morgan; and numerous nieces and nephews. She had resided in Pine Bluff, Ark., and Magnolia, Ark., before moving to Little Rock. Her family was her greatest treasure in life. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Home, Cherry Street at 8th Avenue, Pine Bluff, Ark., Thursday, July 5, 2012, at 5 p.m. Burial to follow at Graceland Cemetery in Pine Bluff, Ark.
