James Phillips

Rev. James T. Phillips, 68, of Little Rock, born November 19, 1943, departed this life on June 29, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father, James Philips; mother, Rosie Mae Hart; siblings, Wilbert Marshall and Ana Rose Marshall. She leaves to cherish his memory: seven children, James Carnell Smith of Las Vegas, NV, Joseph Anthony Phillips of Little Rock, Maurice Eugene Phillips of Las Vegas, NV, Pamela Phillips Woodall, Danyell Mason Phillips, LaSheryl Kris Phillips and Makaylah Phillips all of Little Rock; siblings, Joseph, Katherine, Harvey, DeJuana and Avery Marshall; and host of other family and friends. Family hour: 6-8 p.m., Friday at Fellowship Baptist Church. Home- going Celebration: 12 noon, Saturday at Gaines Street Baptist, Rev. James Thrower, eulogist.
