Ted Sorrels

TED "WAYNE" SORRELS, 69, of Maumelle passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012. He was a retired superintendant from V.C.C., Llc. and a United States Navy Vietnam veteran. He was an avid golfer, fly fisherman and comedian. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Bonnie (Baker) Sorrels, of Maumelle; daughter, Shannon Sorrels; brother, Gary Sorrels, both of Phoenix, Ariz.; three brother-in-laws, Don Baker (Barbara) and George Baker (Terri), both of Malvern and Allen Baker (Melinda) of Gulf Port, Miss. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Edith Sorrels; and his son, Patrick Wayne Sorrels. A graveside service will be held 3 p.m., Friday at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
