Loving husband, father, and friend Bill F. Talley, 81, of Maumelle, Ark. passed away July 3, 2012 with his wife by his side. He was born May 1, 1931, in Glenwood, Ark., the son of the late Robert and Ruby Talley. He was one of nine siblings. He served as a corporal in the US Army infantry in Germany as a medical aide. He worked for 30 years as a machinist. He was employed by Rock Island, Missouri Pacific, and Union Pacific Railroad. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Patricia Payne Talley, who was from Apache, Oklahoma; daughters Cindy Kuykendall (Joe Kuykendall), Tahnya Palanca (Johnny Palanca) of Maumelle, Ark.; grandchildren Mitch Webb, Bethany Webb, Haley Palanca, Lyndsey Palanca and Andrea Palanca; step grandchildren Matt and Kristal Kuykendall; and many nephews and nieces. He is survived by sisters Verna Talley, Euple Parkerson (Bud Parkerson) and Betty Walters (Herman Walters) all of Hot Springs, Ark. He is preceded in death by siblings Addie Faye Bright, Marie Thomason, Sue Ham, James Talley and Joe Talley (his twin). Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Friday, July 6, 2012, at the funeral home. Funeral will be 10 a.m., Saturday, in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th Street, Little Rock. 501-661-9111, burial will follow at Pine Crest Memorial Park, Alexander.
