Jackie W. Roberson

Jackie W. Roberson, 58, was born in Panama City, Fla., Dec. 8, 1953. He passed away July 4, 2012. He graduated from Sylvan Hills High School in 1972 and retired from Remington Arms in 2011 after working there for almost 40 years. Jack is survived by his wife of 14 years, Judy Roberson; daughter, Tammy Cogburn; father, J.T. Roberson, mother, Janet Kuykendall; one brother, Tom (Kay) Roberson, all of Jacksonville; two sisters, Pam Gunn of Beebe, and Cheryl (Randy) Ellison of Ward; one step-son, Shane Spencer and grandson, Tyler Spencer; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members. Jack loved his family and friends and showed it in many ways. He also loved his two little dogs and Nascar racing. He accepted Christ and was baptized when he was 18 and was of the Baptist faith.
