Dorothy Annette Broaddrick

DOROTHY ANNETTE (BALLOUN) BROADDRICK, of Little Rock, "Dot" to her family and friends, died Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Saint Vincent Hospital in Little Rock, at age 73. She was born April 25, 1939 in Dardanelle, Ark. to the late Antone J. and Frances Klober Balloun. She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church in Little Rock. Dot loved to sew and especially enjoyed making things for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Bud Broaddrick of Little Rock; daughter, Diane Broaddrick; son and daughter-in-law, Danny Broaddrick and wife Linda all of Little Rock; three granddaughters, Sarah McElroy and husband Kevin of Fayetteville, Kailey and Kelsey Broaddrick both of Little Rock; two great-grandchildren, Emerson and Keller McElroy both of Fayetteville and many other family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, July 9, 2012 at St. Augustine's Catholic Church in Dardanelle with Father Clayton Gould presiding. Rosary will be held Sunday, 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at St. Augustine's Catholic Church. Visitation will be held Sunday, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. also at St. Augustine's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle. Pallbearers: Lynn Balloun, Steve Balloun, Jay Fugatt, Don Gray, Doug Green, and Mark Burr. Honorary Pallbearers: Irvin Balloun, Bobby Balloun, Don Balloun, Frank Ray, Jeffrey Ray and Roy George.
