Lillie Kathrine Gibbs

Lillie Kathrine "Bo" Gibbs, 86, of Cabot, departed this life on Sunday, July 8, 2012. Bo was born in Clarendon, Arkansas on August 5, 1925 to the late Frank L. and Jewel Lorena Porter Knight. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Robert "Bob" Gibbs, two sisters, Alta F. Johnson and Lois E. Knotgrass, a brother, Frank L. Knight Jr., and a great-grandson, Maxson Dow Lendermon. She is survived by her daughter Kaye Lendermon and her husband, Russell; her son, Robert Wayne Gibbs and his wife, Ruby all of Cabot; four grandchildren, Deanna Hutslar and her husband, Brad, Darren Lendermon and his wife, Karen, all of Cabot, Robert W. Gibbs Jr. and Ronald E. Gibbs both of Beebe; and three great-grandchildren, Ryan and Blake Hutslar and Mia Lendermon all of Cabot. Bo was a Christian and a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Cabot. She was a hard working mother and grandmother and was always there when needed. She helped neighbors in need, was a wonderful cook and enjoyed working in her yard. Above all, she loved God and her family. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Funeral services are 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at the funeral home, with Bro. Greg Hooper officiating. Burial will follow at 12 noon in Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery. Pallbearers are Danny and Ricky Gibbs, Blake, Brad and Ryan Hutslar and Darren Lendermon. Arrangements are by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (501) 843-5816.
