Leon F. Green

Leon F. Green, 74, of Waldo, Ark., died Saturday, July 21, 2012 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado, Ark. Leon was born Feb. 2, 1938, in Magnolia, Ark. to the late Willie Augusta and Mildred Louise (Bridges) Green. He enjoyed fishing and loved to cook and bake and especially loved to share with his neighbors and family. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and one sister. Survivors are his brothers, Joe T. Green of Waldo, Ark. and William A. Green and wife Sue of Hugo, Okla.; sister, Joan Perdue of El Dorado, Ark.; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 24 at Arlington Cemetery in El Dorado with Bro. Ed Phillips officiating under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. of Magnolia.
