Barbara (Bobbie) Jean Parker-Smith, 68 of North Little Rock, Arkansas departed this life July 27, 2012. Barbara was a member of Gaines Street Baptist Church and a graduate of Scipio Jones High School. Survived by nephews and nieces: Henry Parker of Keo, Ark., Calvin Parker, Louis Parker (DeEtta), Virginia Parker, Ora Parker-Edwards (Robert), and Carritta Devlin of Little Rock, Ark., George Jr. (Teresa) of Norfolk, Va., Herbert of Houston, Texas, Lovell (Connie), of Vacaville, Calif., Queen (Ephane) Dubose of Tampa, Fla., Mary (Raleigh) Jones of Severn, Md., Velma Hollister of North Little Rock, Ark., and Ida Johnson of Las Vagas, Nev., special Aunt Mae Ella Bess Weathersby, sister-in-law, Ella Fleming Parker.
