IZELLE B. MORGAN, 92, Maumelle, formerly of Jacksonville, passed away June 1, 2012. Izelle was born Feb. 9, 1920 in Blakely, Ga., the oldest child to Luther and Edna Bridges. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters and two brothers; her husband of 48 years, Kennard and her daughter Frances Rose. She is survived by her daughter and caregiver, Brenda Morgan Fletcher, of Maumelle, and her Labrador and Cocker Spaniel grandpuppies, whom she loved dearly. Izelle was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Jacksonville. She was a bookkeeper and kept books for individuals and businesses throughout the years. Her last bookkeeping/office manager position was at City Lumber Co. in Jacksonville for over 20 years. She was a dedicated wife, mom and grandmom to her granddogs and loved talking to her friends and family every day. She had a very quick wit and a sharp mind up until her final days. A memorial service will be 5 p.m. Sunday, June 3, 2012 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, 1504 J.P. Wright Loop Rd., Jacksonville, Ark. (501) 982-2136 with visitation to follow until 7 p.m. Graveside service and burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, June 4, 2012 at Lee's Chapel Cemetery, Moorefield, Ark. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association, First United Methodist Church or Pulaski County Humane Society.
