Martha Nell Phelps, age 88, of Okolona died Saturday. Graveside funeral services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday in the Oklona Cemetery. She will lie in state at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral home 9-5 p.m., Tuesday. There will be no formal visitation. Sign on line guest book at www.ruggleswilcox.com.
