Ruth Viola Horne

Ruth Viola Horne, 92, died March 12, 2012, at Montgomery County Nursing Home in Mount Ida. Born March 25, 1919, near Norman, to Cleveland Lafayette and Emma Clay McGough Horne, she was predeceased by brothers, Sam and Harvey Horne and sister, Esther Horne Black. She is survived by her sister, Betty Horne of Norman; sister-in-law, Irene Mason Horne of Littleton, Colorado; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 3 p.m., Wednesday, at Barr Memorial Presbyterian Church, Norman with Elder Hartley Jones officiating. Burial will be in Black Springs Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
