William Ray Kelley, 75 of Heath, Texas, formerly of Morrilton passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012 in Dallas, Texas. He was born June 10, 1936 in Blackwell, Arkansas to the late Bertie Kelley and Mary Dunn Kelley. He was President of Ray Kelley Auto Salvage. He was responsible for establishing the Arkansas Auto Salvage hotline which reached into four states. He was widely known for his knowledge, restoration and sales of Corvettes. He was a licensed Pilot and served as a personal co-pilot for Governor Rockefeller. He had a love for fishing and horse racing. For the past 24 years he was a right-of-way Consultant where he was a member of IRWA working in land acquisition for Pinnacle Consulting throughout the U.S. from California to Florida. Ray was known for his negotiating skills, hard work and his kindness. He is survived by his wife, Donna Harrison Kelley of Heath, Texas, three daughters, Gloria Yake (Chris Meier) of Temple, Texas, Robbie Pettey (Mike) of Hot Springs and Susie Kelley of Hot Springs, brother, Charles Kelley of Morrilton, one granddaughter, Lindsay Koehler (Tobey) of Conway and two great-grandsons, Gage Steelman and Ace Koehler. Services are 10 a.m., Saturday in the chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with burial in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
