Jimmy Carter, 68, of Gassville, Arkansas died Saturday at the Care Manor Nursing Center. A graveside memorial service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, March 24, 2012, at the New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely, Tennessee. Arrangements are by Conner-Hankins Funeral Home.
