Hope Phaye Beasley, 60, of Little Rock, departed this life March 18, 2012. Hope was a graduate of Horace Mann High School in 1970. She moved to New York City to fulfill a life-long dream. She worked as Driver Manager with Greyhound bus lines, was a master sewer, sylist and a cosmetologist since 1973. Preceded in death by her father, Andrew Jackson Phillips; mother, Seatrice Phillips. She leaves to cherish her memory: children, Kyla Knox, Angela Smith, Coffey Sanders (Robert Jr.), Le Andrew Beasley (Brandy) and James Beasley; siblings, Wanda Bunting (William), Ura Phillips, James Phillips, Napolean Phillips (Dorothy), Caroline Garret (Sam) and Earl Phillips (Beverly); 12 grandchildren; other family and friends. Family hour: 4-5 p.m., Sunday at Robinson Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Service: 11 a.m., Monday at Greater Center Star Baptist Church, 800 W. 33rd St., Little Rock, Pastor Limmie Downs, eulogist.
