Louise McCruel Robinson

Mrs. Louise McCruel Robinson of Pine Bluff entered heaven's gates on March 17, 2012. She was the eldest daughter of the late Willie and Annie McCruel from Dumas, Arkansas. She was married to the late Robert Robinson and preceded in death by a daughter, Dorothy Oates and a grandson, Aaron Oates with siblings: brothers Havest, Benjamin, Rollie, Napoleon and Willie McCruel, Jr.; and sisters Arlealia McCruel and Dorothy Harris. Survivors include her children: John (Marilyn), Anthony (Mittie), Maurice (Eurlene) Robinson, Deloris Erby, Pat Davis, Gladys Bolton, Phyllis Golden, Benita Terry, and Cynthia Jones. Surviving siblings include: Leon McCruel, Marlvin McCruel, Ruby Phipps, Anita Booker, Marion Vanett Richmond, and Annie (Patterson) Carr. Her legacy will move forward through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Sister Robinson was a member of St. Peter's Rock MBC, and involved in many mission, civic, and social organizations. She retired as a LPN from Jefferson Regional Medical Center after 20 years of service. Homegoing services will be Saturday, March 24, 2012, at Full Counsel Christian Fellowship, 517 South Cherry Street, Pine Bluff by Rev. Reginald Terry and Rev. Reginald Terry, II at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in P.K. Miller Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff. Visitation will be Friday, March 23, 2012, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at St. Peter's Rock MBC, 1201 South Catalpa Street, Pine Bluff.
