Carl Meade, 91, of Piggott, Ark., passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012. Services are Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 10 a.m., in the Hoggard and Sons Chapel with Bill Newman officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott is in charge of arrangements. Visitation is 6 p.m., Friday.
