Jo Ann Kemp, 79 of Pine Bluff, died Wednesday. Survivors: husband, of 60 years Robert L. "Bob" Kemp; children, David Kemp, Tom Kemp, Donna Kemp O'Neal; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
