Geraldine "Mrs. Jerry" McDaniels

Geraldine "Mrs. Jerry" McDaniels, age 94, of Crossett, Ark. passed away on March 23, 2012. She was born on August 10, 1917 in Warren, Ark. to her parents, Henry Attie and Rosa Lee Crane Sanders. Mrs. Jerry was a nursery school worker for First Baptist Church for 50 plus years. She was a member of First Baptist Church, where she had been active in all church activities. She was also a member of the Eastern Star and Golden Voices. Mrs. McDaniels was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul McDaniels and a grandson, Michael Scott McDaniels. Survivors include one son, Dr. Mike McDaniels (Sherman Ann) of Crossett, AR; three grandchildren, Mark Andrew McDaniels, Sherma Kay Bass Thomas, Michael Bradford Bass and five great-grandchildren, Jack and Dustin McDaniels, Mallory McDaniels, Bo and Katie Bass. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 25, 2012 at First Baptist Church with Bro. Gregg Bennett and Bro. Jamie Staley officiating. Interment will follow at Pinewood Memorial Park under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, Ark. (www.jonesservice.com).
